Exciting News!

Theatre is back, LIVE, at The Belmont!

Tickets for the 2021-2022 Season are on sale now.

The Belmont’s priority is the safety of our audience, volunteers and staff.  We have installed a
Bi-Polar Ionization System throughout the entire building which kills any germs in the air, including COVID-19.
The following additional safety measures are in place:
  • All audience members are required to wear a mask while inside the theatre, regardless of vaccination status.
  • All cast and crew members are vaccinated.
  • Cast and crew also wear a mask when not on stage.
  • Cleaning protocols are intensified and hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the building.
  • Touchless soap dispensers are installed in every restroom.
  • Following performances, cast members will meet the audience outside of the Stage Door rather than in the lobby.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in working together so that The Belmont Theatre can safely present live theatre!

Please consider supporting the theatre by clicking the DONATE NOW button, mailing a check, or by purchasing gift certificates. Call 717-854-5715 weekdays 9am-5pm to purchase gift certificates. We may be closed now, but we look forward to having performances again and your gift of LIVE theatre will bring smiles to the recipient knowing they will experience theatre again soon and you are supporting the theatre during this time.

All postponed productions are being rescheduled. There will be an  automatic transfer to the new date when new dates are announced for postponed shows. Per our ticket policy, because no shows are being cancelled, just postponed, refunds are not available. We will gladly exchange your tickets or credit your account for a future production.

Upcoming show

Beauty & The Beast

November 19-21 & 26-28, 2021
A Musical on the Main Stage

Music by Alan Menken / Lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice / Book by Linda Woolverton / Originally Directed by Rob Roth / Originally Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions

This “tale as old as time” tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.

In my humble opinion, Broadway worthy productions for a very low cost. Well done!

The Belmont is fantastic! The shows are in the same class as Broadway!
