All tickets are nonrefundable. We would be happy to exchange your tickets for another performance or apply the value of your tickets as a credit toward a future production.
Please note that ticket exchanges must be made prior to the date and time of the performance for which you currently hold tickets. Once the performance has begun, tickets are no longer eligible for exchange or credit.

Preferred seating requests will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Wheelchair bookings can be made for performances in any of our venues. Patrons can either transfer from their wheelchair to a seat, or we can place a wheel chair in allocated handicapped spaces.
